All prices apply for online pre-registration. Emergency on-site registration will have an additional charge of 10 Euros per game. Spectators are welcome, free of charge to watch the main tournament and play in all freeplay setups.
100% of all registration fees will go directly towards the prize pot.
Pool assignments will be made public on February 10th at about 18:00. Online brackets will be up at BinaryBeast.

NIDEPOOLS TROPHY All players who don't make it out of their pools will automatically be entered in a consolation tournament called "Torneo Nidepools". This tournament will consist of a single elimination bracket, with a prize for the winner of the grand finals, which will be played before the Top 8 of each respective tournament.
CONTROLLERS AND ARCADE STICKS Players will be responsible of using and looking after their own controllers. The organization will have extra pads and arcade sticks when available, but we highly encourage all participants to use their own.
GAME RULES All games will follow standard EVO rules (applies for in-game rules, as well as the use of turbo, programmable controllers, pausing the game mid-match etc.) and will be run on a double elimination bracket. 2/3 will apply for the whole bracket, but finals will be played 3/5.
Ultimately, the organizers and tournament directors will have the final say on all decisions regarding the rules and regulations of the event.

As the tournament don’t have any kind of venue fee, it’d help us a lot if you stay at the event’s hotel. This way, you will contribute to the tournament organization.

The hotel has drinks and restaurant available for all players in attendance. Several restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance of the venue.
FREEPLAYS
Freeplays will be available during the whole weekend.
MIDNIGHT CARNIVAL
At night we will assemble some setups in the hotel’s room for freeplays, salty suites, money matches, challenges etc. We could record all these events. We have almost any fighting game for ps3&xbox360 (Arcana Heart Love Max, Ultimate MvsC, Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Mortal Kombat etc) or classic games (KOF 98, Garou, Marvel vsCapcom2, Street Fighter 2 Turbo etc.)
